Welcome to Prem Admissions
Prem International School — most families just call us Prem — is a co-educational IB day and boarding school in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai, for students aged 3 to 18. With over 30 nationalities, a range of ages and the vast facilities everyone that comes to Prem discovers a home-away-from-home.
In such an international landscape, it is easy to become confused by the various curriculums. Our Admissions team is here to make it easy, by going from enquiry to testing to offer and enrolment. Whatever your needs or questions may be, they are able to help accommodate your circumstances. Prem’s versatile offerings such as Weekly and Full-time boarding, ensure that every unique circumstance can be successful at Prem.Â
The process starts online: fill in the enquiry form and our team will contact you directly. If you’re able to come and see the 40-hectare campus in person, the Forest School, the boarding houses, a class in session. Most families who visit tell us that’s what made the decision easier.

Prefer to see the campus first? Use the same form to arrange a personalised, one-on-one tour around your schedule; we recommend visiting while classes are in session, so you see a normal school day.

- Tours are one-on-one, not group visits — take your time and ask as many questions as you like.
- Admissions decision within 3–5 business days after interview and assessment.
- If we can offer a place, confirm your acceptance and pay within the timeframe in your offer letter to secure it.
