Prem Tinsulanonda is a boarding and day co-educational international school. We believe our school is unique and very special. It is a place where all our students experience individual achievement. It is a safe place to grow, learn and explore, in a community environment.

The Admissions Office welcomes enquiries from prospective students of all ages and nationalities.

The best way to fully experience the school is by coming for an onsite visit! Prem’s Admissions Office provides individual family tours Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings. We also have several Open House days and are happy to make a personalised visit to suit your schedule.

Whenever possible, we encourage you to visit during term time, so you have the benefit of hearing from and meeting the students and faculty who have chosen to make Prem their school and home.

Roxanne, Ju and Emily look forward to welcoming you to Prem very soon.

Prem students in Chiang Mai

While studying at Prem Tinsulanonda International School, day and boarding students have the opportunity to explore Chiang Mai, the “Rose of the North”, and its surroundings.

Chiang Mai has been rated one of Asia’s most livable cities, and is one of the most attractive tourist destinations. It has a laid-back atmosphere and enjoys a mild climate most of the year. Chiang Mai is very interesting and has many things to offer for any age and interest group.

Particularly appealing qualities of the city are the friendliness of the people, the abundance and diversity of nature (National Parks, hiking trails, scenic waterfalls), the fascinating culture and rich history of Chiang Mai, the extensive shopping opportunities, elephant camps, cooking and massage schools, outdoor activities, many handicraft workshops, various cultural performances, breathtaking scenery, and last but not least, the delicious food.

For Prem boarders, there are many trips and activities in Chiang Mai over the weekend: Junior students may go with their teachers to the Elephant Poo Poo Paper factory to learn about the process of handmade paper, whilst the older boarders may go to Promenada Shopping Centre for the chance to roller-skate, relax and have some retail therapy.
