The EY3 students are continuing to develop their observation skills. This week, they added to their sketchbooks by sketching different plants.
Here, the children were invited to sketch this plant in the classroom. Students were encouraged to stay in one place while they drew. They were also encouraged to look at the colors, shapes, and patterns on the plant.
The children carefully observed and took their time to notice the details of the plant.
After, the children shared their sketches by documenting their work in Seesaw. This is a great way for the children to look back and see their progress in the area of observation.
