VSP Staff Take Time to Reflect

In-between visiting school groups, VSP staff have taken the time to develop their understandings of each part of the VSP mission.

This included creating posters using words suggested by the term global citizen, and reflecting on how each aspect of a VSP trip may contribute to the growth of living as a global citizen. Staff considered the experiential nature of VSP activities and how the Program might make reference to some of the UN Global Goals. The training sessions left staff feeling motivated to try new approaches with groups and with a better understanding of the philosophy guiding the Visiting Schools Program.
