Vertical Garden Project

This term we had a new project on the farm where we built a vertical garden using recycled plastic bottles, cans, CDs, and plastic bottle caps.

We wanted the students to learn about the importance of reducing the plastic we buy, reusing it and finally recycling it, so that it does not go to the ocean or to a huge pile in a landfill.

It took us a long time to build the garden however we counted on the help of some Prem groups such as Exploria groups, Boarders and IEP students.

They did a really good job!

Thank you all for your collaboration and energy!
