Less well known than the farm teaching staff, is the Traidhos farmer team.
These staff care for the animals and plant and tend to the vegetables all year long. They work closely with Traidhos Farm and Cooking Academy to make sure that there is a seasonal supply of produce that matches the expected Exploria, class, VSP and Camp cooking activity.
At this time, we are grateful to the vegetable heroes for supplying teachers and residents living on campus with healthy, fresh, organic produce. Thank you for your hard work.
