University Bootcamp!

This term has been an incredibly busy and exciting time in the college office as the Grade 12 students finalised their applications. We have started to see excellent offers from universities around the world coming in and are anticipating many more. Most of the Grade 12 students have completed their applications and Ajarn Dawn and Khun Ju are now helping the Grade 10 and 11 students with their future plans and decisions.

Last month, we were delighted to make an early start to Grade 11 applications by holding a University Application Bootcamp. The students spent several hours exploring and considering important factors such as best fit, entry requirements, and budget. We were joined later in the day by expert speakers from the USA and UK who helped the students to understand various application procedures. The students also learned how to put together excellent applications anywhere in the world.

Applying to university can be a stressful time for families. At Prem Tinsulanonda, our aim is to make the process as smooth as possible, helping the students to navigate the complex processes involved each step of the way. The Bootcamp is only one example of this. We also help students with subject and pathway choices, scholarship applications, understanding requirements, taking external exams, and accessing all of the information they need to make successful applications. Every student is unique and we treat every application as such, providing individual advice to all of our students. Please contact A. Dawn or K. Ju in the College Office if you would like to discuss anything related to university applications.
