EY1 Exploring Art Materials
EY1 have been exploring what different art materials can do with Ajarn Susan. It is wonderful to see such focus […]
As we approach the end of the rainy season, we wanted to introduce to the children our class garden. During story time read the story, ‘Oliver’s Vegetables’ for the children to become familiar with the concept of garden. Then this morning, we visited the garden next to the Banana Bike Cafe which supplies most of the vegetables and fruits that are used at the Cafe. We experienced the garden with all of our senses, seeing, listening, tasting and touching the different plants and other living things. After coming back to the classroom, we talked about and came up with a list of the things we saw at the garden. Then we drew pictures of our experiences at the garden. Ask your child about our trip and look out for development of our class garden!
