The Island Restaurant in EY3
The EY3 children continue to inquire into the the concepts of production and process with the work of farm to table. This week, their play revolved around these concepts as they made The Island Restaurant. As before, the children took on specific roles such as the chefs, decorators (painting), delivery people, and bankers (money makers). The children applied their knowledge of where the food originally comes from and the process that it goes through before people can eat.
