Swimming in the Junior School

Swimming lessons began this week and students were excited to be able to enjoy different water games, explore self-rescue techniques, and develop their strokes this term.  Ajarn Mark has posted reminders about Swimming days and PE days on the class blogs.

Classes from EY2 to Grade 5 will also be building to the Junior School Swim Carnival, held 7 June, from 8.40 – 11.30 am.  Look out for the very popular ‘noodle race’, the house ‘cork scramble’, the house relay races, and the standard stroke events, as students compete for house points throughout the day.  Please enjoy a coffee or tea with us on the day of this event.
