SUSTAINABILITY SPOTLIGHT
At Prem, we are committed to developing sustainability practices, and managing waste is one important way that we support the healthfulness of ecosystems on and around campus. Gavin, Grade 12 student, and videographer for the Eco Committee created this short film to show you all the journey that food waste takes from the cafeteria to the farm. We hope students do not waste food but we are happy to know that we can use the waste to support other creatures at the farm!
