Story maps

We have been using story maps to help us organize our thoughts and ideas during Story Workshop.  As the children have been interested in the animals we decided to write stories about different animals in Thailand.  This is connected with the children’s characters in P.E., which has created much excitement.

Individually, the children created their own story map to plan their character, setting, as well as a beginning, middle, and end to their story.

The children used these story maps to guide them in writing a book.  Now that the books are complete, please come in and enjoy reading them!
