Megan is originally from the USA and is a homeroom teacher in JS. Megan completed her studies obtaining a Bachelor’s of Arts in interdisciplinary studies and a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education from Southern Connecticut State University. Before joining Prem this year, Megan spent 2 years internationally at an IB school in South Korea where she spent her time teaching Grade 4 and Grade 5. Over Megan’s time internationally, she has attended numerous workshops and training courses on PYP.

Megan strongly believes in focusing on the well-being of children and inquiry based learning. Throughout the past few years, technology has been an interest to Megan, and she took courses to become a Level 1&2 Google Certified Educator, as well as a Seesaw Ambassador. Megan is always looking for ways to authentically bring different technology tools into the classroom.
