Prior to joining Prem, Lee has served in the British Council in Chiang Mai, Nakorn Payap International School also in Chiang Mai and most recently in Traill International School in Bangkok.

Lee holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, a B.Ed from the University of Winnipeg and a Masters in Athletic Administration from Endicott College in the United States. Lee also holds current coaching qualifications, most particularly in football.

Lee has one son, who plays football in England, and one daughter who studies at Prem.

Lee is interested in playing numerous sports and amongst those he mentions; soccer cycling, golf, badminton, basketball and Triathalons.
