Laurent Chiarelli

Laurent Chiarelli is originally from Belgium but has been living in Chiang Mai for over 14 years now. He speaks 5 languages and graduated as an EAL/DAL teacher (English and Dutch). He started his journey with Prem as an English camp teacher/coordinator, moved on to the IEP, before serving as the PYP music teacher for 5 years.

He currently acts as our MYP music teacher and offers classical guitar lessons through the Prem Music Academy. In 2012, Laurent created the “Sangob Foundation”, an NGO aiming to preserve local Traditions through Education. Besides music and gardening, one of his main passions is “fine-dining” cooking.
