Ian Johnston

Originally from the UK Ian has worked in international schools throughout South America, Europe and Asia. He has also been an Ensemble and Master-class Leader for ISTA for the past decade and has a wealth of teaching and leadership experience in Theatre Arts. Ian trained at ALRA and Rose Bruford drama schools and holds an MA in performance from the University of Manchester.

He is also a professional director, performer and comedian, having won awards for his original theatre shows that have toured around the globe and garnered critical acclaim. He brings this industry experience and practical philosophy into his classes.
