Sharing Experiences of Identity with Grade 12

Prem International School Grade 12 students are learning about identity and intersectionality for their English Acquisition Diploma course. Students have benefited significantly from participating in innovative pedagogical approaches such as Visible Thinking Routines from Harvard University. Building upon this, and with the aim of giving the students an authentic experience, Ajarn Sam invited three Prem Teachers to come and talk to the students about their multifaceted identity. After the teachers had presented to the whole class, students then had the opportunity to interview them separately. This was also a valuable opportunity for students to develop their ATL skills of Communication and Collaboration. A big thank you to Ajarn Akane, Ajarn Keiko and Ajarn Tammy for sharing your experiences.
