Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)
The Grade 12 IBCP SCAD eLearning students took a field trip to visit the SCAD campus in Hong Kong this last week. This trip comprised of students visiting the Gold Coast student residence, a campus tour, sitting in on classes, and ending in an Open House visit with workshops in their major. This was an opportunity for our online students to engage with one of the four SCAD campuses, professors and other SCAD students. One student stated that “it was great to sit in a class that I am currently taking to see how different it is compared to what we do online.”
Overall, the students were very impressed with the visit to SCAD and were even able to meet up with many former Prem students and see some of the sites of Hong Kong.
