Reading with our House Buddies

As part of the exciting activities we have participated in as part of Book Week, today we started our day in our House Groups reading with buddies from other year levels.

Children had the opportunity to read books in a range of languages with old and new friends, siblings and teachers, sharing a love of reading and the excitement of new stories. Following reading with a friend, all children from EY1 to Grade 5 had the opportunity to make bookmarks in their House colours to keep as a memory of a special story sharing time.

Ask your child what stories they read with their house buddies. We look forward to sharing more stories with our house buddies in the future.
