PSC Massive Donation Drops...

Hey, hey, what’s that sound!?  Everybody look… no, listen up, because its an awesome new public address sound system purchased by the Parent School Community (PSC) for all to share!

After a massive fundraising effort, the PSC is proud to have acquired a premium Yamaha public address system including a 16 channel mixer, and six speakers (two stage monitors and four public address speakers).  The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use so will come in handy for events ranging from drama and musical performances to International Day.  It will make its Hi-Fi debut during the upcoming inaugural Talent Show this Friday night!  Boom!

The total cost of the system was 175,000 baht (well, actually it was over 240,000 baht, but Yamaha gave us a great deal), and was made possible by everyone who participated in PSC events and fundraisers over the past couple years (which in all likelihood means you!).

So, big thanks to everyone who has supported the PSC over the past two years and especially to Sara, Nui, and Erik for their efforts in coordinating the fundraising and purchasing of the system, and our treasurers who have helped to responsibly manage and save up the funds.  This gift represents what the Prem parents can do when we get together to support our greater community.

What’s next for the PSC?  Come to our monthly meetings and help drive us forward!
