The annual Premathlon will take place on Friday 16 November. Our Junior School students will participate in an exciting triathlon, while our Senior School students will swim and run in a duathlon. There is also a team event for Senior School students (One student would swim, while another runs). As our team event is there to encourage participation for all students we will also be giving a prize for the athlete with the best costume (Think London Marathon).

The goal of this event is to provide our students with a challenging and memorable experience, as well as to raise funds and awareness for the Baan Dek Foundation and the Prem Sustainability Committee. The Baan Dek Foundation is an organization providing access to health care, education and safety for many migrant children in Chiang Mai, while the Prem Sustainability Committee is working on projects such as a major plastic recycling project, to improve sustainability at Prem.

In addition, this is the first major ‘House event’ of the year and the majority of ‘House Points’ will be going to Houses with the largest number of participants. House points will also be awarded to the top ten finishers in each category.
