In preparation for applying for entry to medical schools, two Grade 11 Prem students took the BioMedical Admissions Test (BMAT) on Wednesday November 4th at Prem. The BMAT tests a student’s ability to apply scientific and mathematical knowledge, as well as problem solving, critical thinking and written communication skills that are essential to university-level study. The test lasts for two hours and is required by some competitive medical, dental and veterinary schools.
