Prem High School Diploma students learning life skills

Last week our Prem High School Diploma students get to learn some valuable life skills to help them once they have left school. The 2-day program included a careers session, resume building and a cooking session at the Cooking School. Some of these students have never cooked themselves a real meal and produced a full three-course meal. On the menu was green onion bread and dipping sauce to start, spaghetti bolognese, finished off with a pineapple upside-down cake. Students learnt how to follow recipes, prepare and cook these dishes and finally got to sample their food. Students left the session happy, full and with lots of leftover cake for their friends.
