Prem Community Celebrated the International Day

On Saturday 21 November 2015, Prem Community members including students, staff and parents, participated in the Prem International Day to celebrate our cultural diversity and appreciate every nationality.

Big thanks to the Prem Parent School Committee (PSC) for organising this special event and for raising a lot of excellent sponsored Tombola/Raffle prizes that built excitement amongst the participants.

We had thirty-one countries in the parade, seventeen country booths with traditional food, education and cultural games as well as many talented performers.

There were prizes for best performance, best country costume, and best booth decoration.  The winners of each prize are as follows:

The best performance prize went to Crayon Pop, Bar Bar Bar by Prem Korean student dancers.

The best country costume went to Fan Mei Ying, Prem parent, from China for her Gui Fei Zui Jiu (Drunken Beauty, Beijing Opera) outfit.

The best booth decoration went to the Indonesian booth organised by Renata and Sawitree, Prem parents.

Congratulations to all the winners!  We look forward to celebrating this special event again next year.
