Parent technology workshop

Following on from the Middle School parent workshop focusing on Cyberbullying, we will be presenting a ‘Parent technology workshop‘ on Monday 24 April 2017. The workshop will be held upstairs at the library beginning at 8:30 am.

The are four key areas of focus for the workshop:

  • Screentime – how does it impact your child, their brain, and their sleep patterns
  • Device management at home – practical parent and tech tips to help your family
  • Keeping your child safe online – protecting your child’s identity and safety and respectful online practices
  • Cyberbullying and online content

This is a chance for parents to ask questions and share with one another and will be an interactive session where we can learn and help one another.

Here is a great article with practical tips to help parents and to get you thinking before the workshop, link is here

This workshop will be presented by our school counsellors, A.Arabella and A.Amandine, our IT Director, A.Simon and our JS Principal, A.Anita.

If you have any questions please contact A.Simon itdirector@ptis.ac.th or A.Anita jsprincipal@ptis.ac.th
