Four budding Golfers from Grade 3 were part of an intensive Golf program this October. The program was spread over 15 hours providing an in-depth study on topics such as putting, chipping, pitching and the full swing. The camp also included some time for a Golf documentary, ‘ The Short Game ‘ where students were able to take a break from the instruction and learn from inspiring stories shared by young Golfers from around the world. On the final day, the campers headed out to the Golf course to test themselves and enjoy a game of Golf together. Not only did their scores reflect a very good performance but they also conducted themselves like gentlemen in the true spirit of the game.
As their coach, I am proud of them all. Well done!
