No electricity in Mae Rim? No problem for our boarders

Last Friday, the local electric board turned off the electricity in the Mae Rim area. As this left us without power or WiFi, we arranged to take the boarders out so that they could continue with their important academics; Grades 10, 11 and 12, were taken to a study cafe in Chiang Mai city, “Too Fast To Sleep” which is used by Chiang Mai University students.

A few day students decided to come along and join in too, so a lot of fruitful work was undertaken during the time spent there.

Also in attendance were Ajarn Andy, Ajarn Cathy, Ajarn William and Ajarn Marie-Anne, all assisting the boarders with their Personal Projects, Internal Assessments and Extended Essays. Boarding would like to thank them all very much for giving up their free time to come and help the boarders!
