Our next residency practitioner starts at Prem’s Artist Residency Thailand programme this Monday, January 21st Dr. Lisa Kastello is an assistant professor in the School of Art and Design, as well as, the Program Coordinator of Art Education at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Her research interests revolve around student-centered, constructivist theory in general and graduate education studies specifically pertaining to theory informed practice (the current theory/practice of STEAM)

Lisa will be at Prem developing work around the concept of ‘conversations in art’. She will be working with Senior and Middle school students to explore this approach and her residency engagements will include both Visual Arts and Language A students. In addition to this, Lisa will be providing professional development support and guidance within Junior School Visual Arts
