On 27th April, I had the opportunity to attend the Prem networking event at the Anantara Chiang Mai Resort. The event brought together entrepreneurs and businesses based in Chiang Mai, operating both locally and internationally, and provided a great platform for networking and building relationships. As a website designer and graphic designer working here remotely, I found it to be a great opportunity to put myself out there and meet potential clients and businesses looking for creators.
Networking is essential for connecting with other entrepreneurs and businesses in Chiang Mai. The event provided a chance for people to strike up conversations about potential partnerships and collaborations, making it a great way to meet new people. I had the opportunity to meet a range of professionals from various industries including hospitality, tech, and companies creating sustainable solutions. It was fascinating to learn about their work and the challenges they face while working in Chiang Mai.
The event was well-organised, and I got to discuss my work with people from diverse backgrounds. It was also great to see that people were genuinely interested in each other’s work and how they could collaborate in the future.
I gained insights into the local business landscape and connected with a range of professionals from different industries. Prem’s Networking event provided me with an opportunity to showcase my skills and expertise, which could potentially lead to new business opportunities. I would recommend attending similar networking events to anyone looking to expand their business, connect with professionals or simply meet new people in Chiang Mai.
