Mother Tongue week activities in the Junior School next week

Mother Tongue Week will be celebrated in the Junior School February 15-18.

Students will be celebrating their Mother Tongue throughout the week in homeroom classes, library, Music, Art and PE. 

On Thursday 18 February, there will be an assembly at 8:15. Also, on Thursday 18 of February the JS will have special activities beginning at 2:10pm. 

Many parents and staff have already volunteered to organise the Thursday afternoon activities, there will be activities for the following cultural groups:

  • Thai
  • Chinese
  • Korean
  • Japanese
  • American
  • Australasian
  • German
  • French
  • British

There will also be a 'Universal' group of children and staff from other cultural groups.
