Mother Tongue Buddy Reading

As part of the Literacy Week, we are celebrating the mother tongue languages at our school.  Of course everyday is mother tongue day but with the International Mother Language Day coming up this weekend, at Prem we are observing this day with a few events that highlight the importance of mother tongue languages.  One of the events, Mother Tongue Buddy Reading, was held yesterday.  MS students were invited to read to/with the JS students in their mother tongue languages.  Students were excited to be able to express, interact and have fun in their language that truly represent themselves.
