Our group’s project is fundraising money for the Warm Heart Foundation (WHF). The WHF will then use this money to educate farmers about using biochar, a way better alternative than just freely burning old and dead crops. One major goal for our group was to fundraise around 22,000 Baht. We brainstormed and thought that having this group split into two ways to make more money, the first group are creating a haunted escape room in the auditorium and have already been selling tickets the past week and creating advertisement posters. The other group is selling many different foods and beverages like Thai tea and popsicles. The haunted escape room has been working on getting props and costumes ready as well as lighting in, they also worked on how to perform and execute a good haunted escape room. The food and beverage group has been to the club to cook food and bubbles for the Thai bubble tea, they also cooked at home to produce chocolate chip cookies. I made posters for the food and beverage group to promote this. The haunted escape room is going to do just that in the auditorium during the EXPO on Thursday and the food group will be selling foods and drinks. Something that has been successful was making the food on time and making them have a good taste so that many people are satisfied with what they bought, something that was challenging for all of us was completing certain works like getting everybody ready for the haunted escape room and also time management for both groups.
