Middle School Action Fair

The Middle School classes have been working hard all semester toward the culmination of their unit on Global Citizenship. The unit ended with them holding the first Middle School Social Action Fair in which each group announced the formation of their new non-profit organization which will become the basis of their Service Learning for the remainder of the year and hopefully the remainder of their time at Prem. They highlighted their initial ideas for action with the aim to collect feedback from the community.
The topics being addressed by groups are:
Water Pollution
Environmentally Friendly Products
Balancing Waste and Poverty
Stewardship of Bees
Prem Community Food Bank
Stray Animals
School Stress
Rubbish Disposal
Air Pollution
Mental Health
Quality Education for all
Child Labor Rights in the Cocoa Industry
