Market Research comes to the PSC Meeting

Today the PSC was joined by Rachel Keys, Jeff Marquis, Justin Jarman, Lee Stevens, Chris Johnson and Liz Hammond. A lot of events have already happened this term and many more are planned, so it was great to hear that the school is so busy. Rachel gave a round up of where the school is in terms of enrollment and future steps to ensure the school goes from strength to strength. Jeff spoke about senior school events focusing on the three way parent, teacher, student conferences that will conclude tomorrow. Justin spoke about the parent workshops that have been going on and ones that are coming up on November 17th, learning all about the Reggio inspired learning.
The Director of the Prem Music Academy, Chris Johnson spoke to the PSC about the vision of the Music Academy at Prem. Private lessons will begin in the next couple of weeks and then as the Programme grows more music will be offered during the Exploria sessions. It sounded incredibly exciting and I look forward to seeing this develop over the next couple of terms.
Finally Liz Hammond came to talk about what Marketing and Admissions are currently up to. But the PSC wasn’t going to be let off that easily, with so many Prem experts in the room (the parents!) she put their Marketing skills to the test and had everyone joining in a small group task, finding out what parents think and how we can improve. The PSC all joined in so a big thank you to all of you! Also a big thank you to Sara for teaching us all how to smize (smile using your eyes). We all need this skill at the moment!
