Local Prem Coffee visit EY3

Two Grade 11 students from the Local Prem Coffee team, Krisha and Jay, visited EY3 students on Friday afternoon to tell them about how coffee is grown and the process of turning it into coffee beans for sale. The EY3 students enjoyed smelling and touching the coffee beans. The EY3 students also gave us some great sustainable ideas on what to do with the leftover ground coffee, such as use it as compost for their mini garden. The Local Prem Coffee team therefore decided to donated their coffee plant to the EY3 mini garden as they know it will be well looked after!
