Local Prem Coffee, our student-led CP Start-Up business, commenced sales on Friday 5th October at the Community Market. The students worked hard preparing and packaging the coffee in advance as well as learning the cold brew techniques and baking cookies. The students will reflect on how they can improve their business moving forward. Look out for a Local Prem Coffee order form coming soon and a stall at the upcoming Prem International Day.
