Creativity, Collaboration and Cultural-Heritage: Prem embarks on an ambitious partnership project
Grade ten students are embarking on an ambitious theatre-focused, service learning project with students from the community theatre course at […]
Local Prem Coffee, our student-led CP Start-Up business, commenced sales on Friday 5th October at the Community Market. The students worked hard preparing and packaging the coffee in advance as well as learning the cold brew techniques and baking cookies. They produced marketing material and decided on appropriate selling prices. The community market went well and the students actively sold all of the ground coffee and cookies and tempted lots of customers with their Thai Style and Firecracker Cold Brews. The students will reflect on how they can improve their business moving forward. Look out for a Local Prem Coffee order form coming soon and a stall at the upcoming Prem International Day.
