Grade Two children have been investigating how living creatures adapt to survive in different environments. During the past week, we visited the School Farm. There, we studied skeletal bones, met the buffalos up close and personal, caught all sorts of amazing water creatures, as well as a myriad of insects and other little critters. Each find was examined carefully and children analysed the special tricks or adaptations, each creature might have to help them survive.
