IEP visit Precious Plastics

On Friday afternoon, IEP students had the opportunity to visit the Precious Plastics workshop as part of our unit on weather, climate and sustainability. Ajarn Cara brought some plastic bottle caps that she had collected and together, we learnt how plastic can be repurposed to make medals for school events like the Premathalon, and even tried our hand at shredding plastic in a purpose built grinder!
A big thank you to Ajarn Emma for this experience and IEP will be back again soon with even more plastic to be reused and recycled.
