IEP Stay Fit For life!

Health and wellbeing are an important aspect of the Intensive English Programme at Prem. All students take part in Health and Physical Education lessons, as well as Yoga, each week. Today, we focused on building our skills and techniques in football, practicing kicking, dribbling and passing. We had a goal kicking competition and challenged each other to see who could dribble the ball through the cones the fastest! It was a fun and educational experience for all.
