“Citizenship is the chance to make a difference to the place where you belong” – Charles Handy Our Prem Senior […]
The IB Career-Related Programme is the youngest of the four programmes offered by the IB. Many of you may not know this, but Prem was one of the pilot schools for the IB to run what was then called the IBCC. Prem initially offered the BTEC Sport and Management course and a few years later offered BTEC’s Hospitality and Management course.
With the changing demands in the world and interest of students and parents, Prem now offers two exciting programmes and is looking to add a new Business Sustainability and Leadership Programme in AY2019.
Currently offered at Prem is the eLearning programme through the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) from the United States and BTEC Entrepreneurship and Enterprise course. In AY19, we are looking to add the Sustainability and Management School (SUMAS) program that is a brand new course developed by SUMAS specifically for the IBCP. This is the world’s first Business Management course specifically designed for the IBCP and we are thrilled to be the first International School outside of Switzerland to be offering this programme.
The IBCP has just recognized its 200th IB World School who has been accredited to run the Career-Related Programme. Here is a link to read more about this school and the IBCP.
If you would like to find out more about the IB Career-Related Programme or the courses offered at Prem, please feel free to contact the IBCP Coordinator, Beth Wojciuk at cpc@ptis.ac.th for further information.
