Hope House Holiday Giving Tree Results

A huge thank-you to the Prem Community for supporting the Holiday Giving Tree this year. With the amazing caring and support of all of you, we were able to sponsor 81 children for gifts for the holiday season. This year we found those sponsors within 9 days, and still had more of you asking to sponsor children. Some of you instead were able to sponsor the employees at Hope House, who also appreciated your kindness.

On December 10 the Hope House Exploria group students were able to spend the day with the children. We ate a special lunch together with them, organized games to play together with them, and distributed all of the gifts that you so kindly provided. It was fun to watch them open their personalized gifts and see the joy they brought.

We look forward to working together with you the rest of this school year also. Hope House will have many needs over the next semester. They will be moving to a new location and will have to build new dormitories and renovate their new space. Look for our upcoming fundraisers next term: a coin jar House competition across the school, valentine’s cookie orders, and some larger fundraising initiatives to help build the girls’ dormitory.

We wish you all a wonderful holiday season!
