Grade 9 Hit the Gym

For the last two weeks Grade 9 students have been punching, kicking and spinning their way to fitness, taking part in ‘Body Combat’ and ‘Spin’ classes at the Mini Gym in Chiang Mai. Body Combat is a high energy martial arts inspired workout that combines cardio, strength and muscular endurance. In Spin classes, athletes spin the pedals on the bikes continuously, taking part in sprints and climbs to achieve an intense cardio workout. The Grade 9 students showed great spirit on these two trips and the HPE team was proud of the enthusiasm and the commitment they showed to push themselves during the workouts.
