Well, they are cooking, to be exact, as part of our Wells session on looking after yourself and healthy eating. We were lucky enough to be talked through how to create a delicious and wholesome Pad Thai by the chefs of the 3 generation cookery school. The aim of our current unit is to make sure that we fuel ourselves appropriately to maximise our well-being. All of our learners managed to create a fresh-out-of-the-wok Pad Thai using ingredients sourced from Prem’s very own farm. Lots of fun and very tasty results!
