Farewell to Our Grade 12 Students!
Dear Members of the PREM Class of 2022, Congratulations! You are an exceptional class in an extraordinary generation – of […]
Grade 7 Camp Week 2016 was an unforgettable experience for all of the students. This was a great time for all of us to bond and get to know each other better. It all started from a memorable overnight train trip to Bangkok and a long van ride to Khao Yai National Park.
Khao Yai National Park is a 2168 km2 long-standing nature preserve which is home to a diverse forest wildlife. We stayed there for two nights and saw many different animals and also took part in many activities to learn about the nature of Thailand. We went on a few hiking trails where we looked for animals. One of the best parts of the Khao Yai trip was when we went on the Night Safari. This is so different from the Night Safari in Chiang Mai because these are wild animals. We saw a porcupine, an elephant, and many Sambar and barking deer!
Our next destination was the city of Ayutthaya. We learned many interesting historical facts about the Kingdom of Ayutthaya. We explored a Gold Museum and a Boat Museum. We participated in many fun activities that enhanced our learning about ancient Ayutthaya. We visited many Buddhist temples and learned about the Burmese invasion. After a long and fun few days we flew on a plane and ended our amazing journey.
