Grade 6 visit our Onsite Water Treatment Plant

This week our Grade 6 students had the opportunity to visit our water treatment plant here on campus.  The focus of the lesson was to find out what happens to our community local groundwater once it is pumped to the surface? And what is the process that the water has to go through to ensure it is safe to drink and use around school?
The students found this practical way of learning really helped with their understanding. Developing a deeper knowledge about this process.
Thank you to Traidhos Three Generation for helping to organise this here on campus.
