Grade 1 Cultural Festival

This week we had our Grade 1 Cultural Festival. This special event was part of our Unit of Inquiry about Cultural Celebrations. The Grade 1 parents and other family members came into the Junior School and shared different aspects of their own culture with the students. There were many exciting activities and the students enjoyed all the new experiences. Everyone was also invited to view the Grade 1 Elephant Art Show. Afterwards, we had lots of tasty food and enjoyed trying new flavours from Thailand, China, Korea, Japan, Australia and the USA. Many thanks to everyone for all their hard work!
