The Grade 2 students have been getting some fresh new perspective this week in particular, after special guest speaker A. Sintra shared her experiences of volunteering in a camp for Syrian refugees. She shared the stories of refugee children and their long journey from Syria to Europe. This experience led the students to start organizing their ideas about what they think are essential rights for children.
