Grade 6 thoroughly enjoyed the Day Out!
They started the day at Wiang Kum Kam archaeological site. On open air trams with knowledgeable guides and translators, they saw actual archaeological sites and learned about how the area was discovered and excavated.
They then had lunch on the lawn outside of Chiang Mai Historical Centre before visiting it and the Chiang Mai City Arts and Cultural Centre. At the museums, they discovered many connections between the archeological site, the history presented and what they are learning in Humanities classes.
