G12 CP Students making local business links

The CP BTEC Enterprise students visited two local businesses this week connected to their current unit of study; Brand Development and Promotion. The Farm Cafe and N Three were selected by the students and questions were prepared in advance. The students wanted to find out about the challenges of setting up a new business and how they go about promoting their brand.  Great conversations took place and our students were able to offer suggestions to the local business owners. The students will now apply this practical insight into their upcoming presentations on how they intend to promote their own business idea.
