26 July – 1 August “Fun, Food and Feasting’ Age 9-14 Residential or day camper
Put your apron on ready to practice recipes from around Thailand, western baking recipes, grilling, baking and frying techniques and think about preserving as you make Icecream, yoghurt and jam.
Apart from making meals and snacks in the kitchen, over fires and on charcoal, you will discover the benefits of ingredients such as herbs and honey.
At the end of camp along with good memories, you will have many recipes and skills to enable you to keep on cooking.
